Virgin of the Rosary
Villarreal de Huerva, Spain (13th c.)
The festivities in honor of Our Lady of the Rosary take place during the 6th and 7th of June.
The five foot tall statue, a Polychrome carving of the Virgin of the Rosary with the child, by an unknown artist in the thirteenth century from the Romanesque period, is kept in the parish church of Huerva Villarreal.
It was restored by Natalia de la Serna in 1997.
