The Blessed Virgin of Power

Trompone, Italy (1562)

Cigliano, a poor sickly woman was almost unable to speak, living her life in pain and sorrow, consoled only by prayer. One day, while praying, she saw the Blessed Virgin, with the Infant Jesus in her arms who spoke saying that she wished to erect a Church in Trompone. Cigliano was completely healed. The news of the miracle spread quickly in neighboring countries. People flocked to Trompone to pray to Our Lady and to bring their sick to the site of the apparition. New miracles soon occurred: healing of the blind, the lame, and people affected by various ills.

A few months later, on August 19, 1562 the clergy and people went in procession to Trompone, and the foundation was laid for a small church.

Foundation Marypages

Our foundation has the objective to develop, expand and maintain the Marypages website to promote the Roman Catholic belief and especially the Devotion of Our Blessed Mother, Mary. Any extra income generated will be donated to compassionate projects with a Catholic basis. We are registered at the Chamber of Commerce Flevoland under number 39100629.

- 1 miraculous medal (with detailed description), which was designed following apparitions of Mary to Catherine Labouré in 1830 in Paris. Both are blessed.

Every donation, no matter how small, is welcome, but with a donation of € 50,- or more, we will send you, in addition to the miraculous medal, a beautiful transparent pearl or a black/blue pearl rosary from Lourdes. The choice is yours. This rosary contains a drop of holy water from the source in Lourdes (shipment of the rosary together with the medal all over the world). Both are blessed.
