Praying the Rosary
You can pray the rosary for various reasons: it is said to be a powerful weapon against evil, war and injustice. You can also pray the rosary as a kind of meditation to relax, to find inner peace or to find answers.
Praying the rosary; Starting with the cross:
We pray the Creed, so that our prayer may be pleasing to God, that it may serve to his greater glory, that it may contribute to the establishment of his kingdom on earth, to the conversion of sinners and unfaithful Christians and to the well-being of all people.
Creed:
I believe in God, the Father Almighty, Creator of Heaven and Earth. And in Jesus Christ, His only Son, Our Lord; Who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary; Who suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died and was buried; He descended into hell, the third day rose again from the dead, He ascended into heaven, and is seated at the right hand of God the Father Almighty; from thence he shall come to judge the living and the dead. I believe in the Holy Spirit, the Holy Catholic Church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and life everlasting.
Amen

Closing prayers of the rosary:
Salve Regina
Hail, Queen, Mother of Mercy;
Our life, our joy and our hope,
Hail
To you we cry, exiles, children of Eve
To you we implore, sighing and weeping
In this valley of tears
Therefore, our advocate
Turn upon us your merciful eyes
And show us, after this exile
Jesus the blessed fruit of your womb
O merciful, O loving, O sweet virgin
Mary
Pray for us Holy Mother of God
That we may be worthy of the promises of Christ
Amen.
O God,
whose only-begotten Son by His life, death and resurrection
gave us the reward of eternal life
Grant that by meditating on these mysteries of the Rosary of the Blessed Virgin Mary
we may imitate what they contain and obtain what they promise,
Through the same Christ our Lord.
Amen.
