Our Lady of the Green Scapular

Blangy-Versailles, France (1840)

Nine years after St. Catherine Laboure, the Blessed Virgin Mary appeared to Sister Justina Bisqueyburu in the same convent, holding the Immaculate Heart illuminated in her hands and gave her the Green Scapular.

Scapulars began to be manufactured and distributed by the Sisters in Paris, then across France when formal approval was received from Pope Pius IX in 1870.

Our foundation has the objective to develop, expand and maintain the Marypages website to promote the Roman Catholic belief and especially the Devotion of Our Blessed Mother, Mary. Any extra income generated will be donated to compassionate projects with a Catholic basis. We are registered at the Chamber of Commerce Flevoland under number 39100629.

- 1 miraculous medal (with detailed description), which was designed following apparitions of Mary to Catherine Labouré in 1830 in Paris. Both are blessed.

Every donation, no matter how small, is welcome, but with a donation of € 50,- or more, we will send you, in addition to the miraculous medal, a beautiful transparent pearl or a black/blue pearl rosary from Lourdes. The choice is yours. This rosary contains a drop of holy water from the source in Lourdes (shipment of the rosary together with the medal all over the world). Both are blessed.
